Return/Refund Policy

We do not offer any refunds/returns on any Zoomies Dog items. If you no longer wish to proceed with you order a store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card. This will be emailed to you electronically.

In some cases, items can be returned and fixed for a cost. All accidental damage is not covered by ZOOMIES DOG. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of its arrival. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about your items. 

If your item is faulty/incorrect, the item is to be returned at the customers expense and a replacement will be sent once the original item has been received.  

Strictly no refunds on gift cards

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

We do not provide monetary refunds for change of mind purchases. In this instance a store credit will be issued to the total value of your order, less any discounts used.


By purchasing with us you agree to and understand our shipping and returns policy. If you are unsatisfied with you're order it is the consumers obligation to return the item at their own expense in order to receive a store credit minus the shipping cost. 

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello.zoomiesdog@gmail.com for further steps. 

Shipping
To return your product, please email hello.zoomiesdog@gmail.com for further steps. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
