SHIPPING


How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping for order below $100 is $15.00. Standard Shipping for all orders above $100 FREE. Express Shipping with tracking is $17.00.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We post all of our items through Australia Post.

Can I pick up my item/s?

Yes, you can pick up items from any markets we do but these are subject to availability and weather conditions. Please contact us prior to wanting to arrange pick up.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Turn around time is between 3-5 days depending on stock availability. Some of our products are made to order so please keep this in mind before emailing us following up your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We have just recently opened up shipping to New Zealand to trial shipping times.  So far we have had good feedback with it.

TRACKING & DELIVERY

When will my order be shipped?

Our current post days are every Tuesdays each week. If you have selected express postage then your order will be posted as soon as it is made/packed.

How can I track my order?

If tracking was selected as your postage option then you will receive the tracking number in your shipped email.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you need to change your delivery address and you have not yet received your fulfilment email then please message us on Instagram, Facebook or email to request this change with your order number. If a fulfilment email has already gone out to you then we cannot change your delivery address.

What happens if my order goes missing?

Once a parcel has been taken to Australia Post we take no responsibility if the parcel goes missing or is stolen. If your parcel goes missing we suggest you contact Aus Post to make a enquiry.

Do you ship outside of NSW?

Yes, we ship to every state in Australia, including TAS. We do not ship internationally at this time.

ORDER QUESTIONS

How do I know if my order has been successful?

You will receive an order confirmation once you have placed your order. If for any reason the payment didn’t go through, we will send you an email to let you know and give you some easy payment options.

Can I change or add to my order once I have submitted it?

Yes, provided we haven't yet baked or made your order. As we try and pack all orders as soon as possible, please contact us straight away if you'd like us to hold your order or plan to add more items to it so it isn't sent out for delivery until you have done your changes or added more items.

How do I measure my dogs neck for the bandana?

We suggest using a measuring tape (or a piece of string to measure out by a ruler) and measure around your dogs neck where a collar would normally sit ensuring two fingers can be placed comfortably in between your dogs neck and the tape measure. This should then measure the correct size for your dogs bandana. Please review our Sizing Chart for all measurements available. If you are still unsure, please contact us.

If you cannot find your dogs measurement on our sizing chart, please contact us for any further assistance.

Can you make custom orders?

Heck yes! We love custom orders. If you have an idea or design in mind for your pet's bandana, glassware or t-shirt we are happy to get creative and bring your vision to life. Get in contact with any ideas, and we will do the best we can to ensure it comes out the same way!
