WE CURRENTLY HAVE A PROCESSING TIME OF UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS.
Please be advised that by purchasing with us must of our items are handmade and made to order. Once your order is placed we will try our best to get it made, packed and shipped as soon as we can. Our products are made with nothing but love therefore orders do take a tiny bit longer to reach you.
PLEASE NOTE: OUR PROCESSING TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE DURING PEAK PERIODS.
Zoomies will not replace or resend an order if you have provided the wrong address at the time of purchase if your parcel has already been shipped.
It is your responsibility to check your postal address at the time of the order. Zoomies is not liable for purchases returned to us due to incorrect addresses. Re-directing post will occur at the customer's expense
If you have received our shipping confirmation but have not yet received your parcel and you did not select tracking for it, we suggest you contact Australia Post directly as we cannot track your parcel for you.
As a small business, we do not take on the responsibility for any untracked missing parcels. If you have a tracking number we are happy to assist with tracking same for you but we will not contact Australia Post.
